When you contact us

The enquiry form sends your name, email address and message to us through Netlify Forms. We use these details to respond and discuss your project. Please do not include sensitive personal information. We keep correspondence while it is needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, including applicable record-keeping requirements.

Website storage and analytics

Google Analytics is optional. Until you accept analytics, this site does not load the Google tag or create Google Analytics cookies. Rejecting analytics does not affect use of the website.

If you accept, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, engagement and general device and location information. We do not send enquiry fields, user IDs, URL query strings or fragments. Advertising storage, Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled.

Your choice is stored in your browser under sable-analytics-consent for up to 180 days. After acceptance, the _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish visits and sessions, with a maximum lifetime of 180 days. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer and select Reject analytics at any time. This clears these cookies and reloads the page to stop the loaded tag.

Service providers

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions and technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service. If you opt in, Google processes analytics data. These providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data protection arrangements. Read Netlify’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

We use your enquiry details to take steps you request before a contract or to respond to correspondence as part of running our business. Optional analytics relies on your consent, which you can withdraw through Cookie settings. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict its use where applicable. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
